What are our return and exchange terms?

 In order for your return and exchange process to be made, the products must not be used, labeled unplugged, refurbished and saleable property not lost.

The products must be sent with the invoice sent with your order and the relevant fields on the invoice must be filled.

Our deadline for return and exchange products is 14 days. In cases beyond this period, your refund and exchange requests will not be processed.

Your exchange requests will apply to the different color or size of the product you purchased. Requests for replacements with a different product will not be processed.

The exchange process is a one-off. After that no new exchange will be made regarding the product that has been exchanged.

What are the stages/process for the product return/exchange?

In order for your exchange/return transactions to start, the Return and Exchange section on your E-Archive invoice sent with your order must be completed and sent to us in full.

You can send your return/exchange products with Aras Kargo as a payment. Our Aras Cargo agreement code is 111111111111111. As part of our agreement with Aras Kargo, you will not pay shipping fees for the shipments that you will make. If you wish to ship with different cargo companies, you must pay the shipping fee.

After your return/exchange product has reached us, the product price will be refunded to your account or card unless an error resulting from use is detected following inspections by our authorities.

The return and exchange period of the products purchased from our online store is how many days?

You may change or return products purchased from our online store within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery in accordance with the Distance Sales Agreement.

The return and replacement period of defective products is 30 days.

We also accept return sourcing within the same day (24 hours) for evening group products. In cases beyond this period, your refund requests will not be processed.

 

Why is refund only accepted within the first 14 days?

The Right to Opt Out without Reason in the Consumer Law includes the first 14 days after the date of receipt of the product. You may change or return the product you have purchased during this period. If you wish to return the product due to any production error, the return period is 30 days.
