1-Is it obligatory to be a member when ordering?

You can order without being a member. Contribution to your shopping as a member It gives you the advantage of tracking your order, and by closely following the discount opportunities, you can have the products before they run out of stock.

2-I forgot my password, what should I do?

You just have to click on the "Forgot Password" link under the "Login" button on the Member Login page and follow the steps specified in the e-mail you received.

3-How can I order through Esswaap.com?

After you have determined the product you want to buy, you can examine the selected product in detail by clicking on the product image, and you can benefit from what is written under the "Product Features" heading. Product payment options are also available on the same page under the "Payment Options" heading. After selecting the product by clicking on it and choosing your size, press the "Add to Cart" button.
You will see two alternatives in the window that opens: You can either continue your shopping by clicking the "Continue Shopping" button on the top left or you can proceed to the payment stage by clicking the "Complete ORDER" button in the top right corner. Continuing shopping means adding the products you like to your cart, following the same path. At every stage of your shopping, you can see the products you have chosen to order, the total amount of the order, the discounts applied to the product and the total amount you will pay by clicking the "MY CART" button in the basket in the upper right corner. To remove items from the cart, simply click the X sign.
You can proceed to the payment stage by pressing the "COMPLETE ORDER" button.

4-How can I track my order?

You can track your order in My Account-My Orders section.

5-I have placed my order, but I need to change the delivery address. What can I do?

After creating an order, it is not possible to change the address for the relevant order.

If your order has been delivered to cargo, the address change process will be longer. In this case, the cargo must first come back to us. When the cargo reaches us, the address will be changed and it will be delivered to the cargo again.

6-I have placed my order, but I want to cancel it. What can I do?

For order cancellation, you can reach our Customer Service and submit your request until 2 hours after placing your order. If the product is delivered to the cargo or to you, you can return it within 14 days by following the return procedures.

7-Is your site safe for shopping with a credit card?

Yes, it is safe. As Esswaap.com, we care about the safety of our users. You can shop easily and securely with your credit card and debit card with our SSL Certificate in our infrastructure (all your credit card information is protected with 256bit SSL Certificate on our site) and 3D Secure system.

8-What is the delivery time of orders?

Orders are shipped between 1-3 days. When the orders are shipped, the system notifies you via e-mail. After the product is shipped, it will reach your address within 3 to 7 days.

9-What are your return conditions?

You can return the product you have purchased, ready for sale without destroying it without using it, within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date, in the same condition as you received it. If you send the product, product invoice (with copies) to us, the return procedure will be executed. It is enough to send the product to us with Aras cargo with which we have a contract.

10-How and when will my canceled order be refunded?

The fee you paid for the canceled product will be reflected on your statement within 7 working days. You can follow up on your account statement. (The refund period varies depending on the banks.)

11-How many installments are made on which credit cards for the product I will buy?

12-Are the products we see in the picture coming?

On our site, we use photos that show the product in the clearest and most accurate color. Different parts may have been used in the photographs to create a mise en scene. You should definitely read the product description before purchasing. The products consist of the parts in the description.
